What does Medicare for all mean? Is it more than just a catchphrase? Why the urgency now?

How will a single payer system work? Will it ensure equitable accessibility for all?

What are the different payer models currently being proposed? How do they differ? How are they paid for and are their cost savings?

What does this mean for prescription drug costs, and keep costs down for individuals and families?
