Members of the anti-abortion movement have killed 11 people since the 1990s. They've invaded, blockaded, and firebombed clinics, stalked and harassed too many patients to count, and successfully made shame and terror part of the everyday experience of seeking abortion care.
What does this anti-abortion violence have to do with white supremacy and the rise of the far right, and why do we usually think of them in isolation? Efforts to control reproduction are always rooted in a nationalist, white supremacist project, and the better we understand these links, the better we can organize against them.
